Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic (optional)
    1 pt. chicken broth
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 pt. oysters
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked
    1 lb. fresh fish (minus bones and skin)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 1/2 lb. okra
    1 green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in heavy pot.
    Stir in onions, pepper and garlic.
    Cook until done.
    Stir in flour.
    Add tomatoes, chicken broth, salt, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and okra.
    Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
    Add crabmeat, shrimp and fish.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
