Sweet And Sour Meat Loaf(Delicious) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. hamburg
1 minced onion
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 (8 oz.) tomato paste

Preparation

Mix together first 7 items.
Heat brown sugar, vinegar and tomato paste until blended.
Pour 1/2 of this mixture into the meat ingredients.
Form into loaf pan.
Frost meat loaf with remaining tomato sauce.
Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325\u00b0.
