Home Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch chunks (about 3 c.)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add potatoes in a single layer. Sprinkle with onions, salt, paprika and pepper. Cover and cook over medium-low heat 10 to 12 minutes, stirring once or twice, until potatoes are almost tender.
