Lo-Cal Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed unsweetened pineapple
1 small pkg. sugar-free lemon gelatin
2 (3 oz. each) pkg. light cream cheese
1/3 c. pecans
1 or 2 pkg. low calorie whipped topping mix
2 packets sugar substitute
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Drain fruit and heat 1 cup of juice.
Add gelatin.
Beat the cheese into warm mixture.
Fold in fruit and chill until syrupy. Fold in nuts, sweetener, topping mix and lemon juice.
Pour mixture into an 8-inch square pan.
Chill.
