Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    4 1/2 c. flour (approximately)
    1 1/2 c. very warm water (120~ to 130~)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    olive oil
Preparation
    Mix yeast, salt, sugar and 2 cups flour.
    Put flour mix into water; mix well. Add remaining flour to make a sticky dough.
    Flip over in greased bowl and let double in size, about 1 hour.
    Punch down.
    Roll out, using a little flour, to desired pan size.
    Place on greased pizza pan and let sit 15 minutes.
    Lightly brush top of dough with olive oil.
    Bake on top rack of oven for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Top as desired and finish baking for approximately 20 minutes.
