Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained
2 each hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 small onion, diced fine
1 small green pepper, diced fine
5 to 7 radishes, sliced
5 to 10 sweet pickles, diced
4 oz. extra-sharp or sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed small
1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all drained and cut-up ingredients together with mayonnaise.
Best if refrigerated 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
