Walnut Florentines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipping cream
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. finely grated orange peel
    2/3 c. chopped walnuts
    8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter and flour baking sheet.
    Mix cream and sugar in large bowl.
    Stir in flour and orange peel, blending well.
    Blend in walnuts.
    Drop batter by teaspoons onto baking sheet, spacing about 1 inch apart.
    Bake until golden, about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Transfer to wire rack; let cool.
    Spread chocolate over half of the top of each cookie. Let dry on waxed paper.
    Can be frozen.
