Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    6 thin slices honey ham
    6 thin slices Swiss cheese
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. Parmigiana cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. bread crumbs
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Pound chicken, smooth side down. Put a slice of ham and slice of cheese on each piece of chicken. Roll from short end and close together with a toothpick. Combine egg, mustard and water. Mix well. In another bowl, mix Parmigiana cheese, salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Dip chicken in egg mixture and then in crumbs. Put in single layer in a greased casserole dish. Spoon 1 tablespoon melted butter over each rolled breast. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
