Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 chicken breasts, broken into small pieces
1 1/2 c. chicken broth (from liquid off chicken)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing mix
1/2 stick margarine
1 small onion, chopped
small amount of celery, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Cook chicken in a little garlic.
Remove bones and skin chicken.
Place chicken in a buttered casserole dish.
Mix broth, soup, onion, celery and sour cream together.
Pour over chicken. Place cornbread mix on top.
Place margarine around in different places on top of cornbread mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
