Chicken And Pasta Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 skinless chicken breasts, chopped and cooked
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. cooked, drained spaghetti
1 seeded, chopped tomato
salt and pepper to taste
dash of nutmeg
1/4 c. skim milk
1/4 c. nonfat Parmesan cheese
fresh chopped parsley
Preparation

In a large wok, heat the oil.
Saute onion and garlic until tender.
Add chicken.
Cook and stir one minute.
Add spaghetti and heat through.
Add tomato and cook and stir 30 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except parsley.
Mix well.
Serve warm topped with chopped parsley.
