Snow Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. gelatin
    1 pt. boiling water
    6 egg whites
    small amount coconut
    1 c. cold water
    2 c. sugar
    1 bottle cherries
    vanilla to taste
Preparation
    Soak the gelatin in 1 cup cold water.
    After dissolved, pour in boiling water, then add sugar and vanilla.
    When congealing, beat in whites of 6 eggs (after they have been stiffly beaten). Serve with grated coconut sprinkled over and whipped cream on top, then a cherry for \"dress up.\"
