Bev'S Baked Haddock - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. haddock fillets
4 slices American cheese
1 10 oz. can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Place haddock filets in a greased shallow baking dish.
Cover with the slices of cheese in a small bowl.
Mix together the soup and the milk until smooth and pour over the cheese slices.
Mix together the melted butter and Ritz crackers and sprinkle over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
