Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups brown sugar
    2/3 cup liquid shortening
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 egg
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 1/2 cups flour
    1 tsp soda
    1 1/2 cup rhubarb
    1/2 cup nutmeats
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients in order given. Pour into 2 greased floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour in 325\u00b0 oven. While still warn brush on glaze topping.
