Never Fail Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices buttered white bread, crusts removed
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. cheese, coarsely grated
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cube firm bread (French bread is best).
    Place in bowl with milk, salt, cheese and eggs.
    Place in buttered casserole. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
