Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. oleo
2 c. raisins
1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Wash raisins and pour boiling water over them.
Let simmer while mixing the cornstarch, sugar, salt, lemon juice and oleo. Pour this mixture over the raisins.
Pour mixture into unbaked 9-inch pie shell and top with crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until golden brown.
