Sweet Potato Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine or butter
1 tsp. butter flavoring
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
4 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Cream margarine, butter flavoring and sugar.
Add sweet potatoes and eggs; beat well.
Combine all dry ingredients and gradually add to mixture.
Add vanilla.
Stir in nuts and coconut. Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
