6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. chicken broth
6 c. sliced, prepared potatoes
1 medium onion, sliced in rings
Preparation

Brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil in 12-inch skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
