Apple Raisin Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour, self rising
2 c. grated apple
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. oil
3/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
Mix together sugar and oil.
Stir in self rising flour. Add grated apples and mix well.
Stir in pecans and raisins.
Batter will be lumpy.
Place batter into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Check with toothpick.
Prepare topping.
