Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 c. finely ground bread crumbs (made from 2 to 3 slices French or other bread)
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
    Cut each chicken breast half into 8 pieces.
    Mix oil, garlic and pepper with chicken pieces and marinate about 30 minutes.
    Combine bread crumbs and cayenne. Place on plate.
    Roll chicken pieces in bread crumbs and place on large cookie sheet in a single layer.
    Bake for about 15 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
