Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    2 c. chopped bananas
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together, add oil,eggs and vanilla.
    Do not use mixer.
    Stir only until ingredients are moistened.
    Fold in pineapple, bananas and pecans.
    Spoon into three 9-inch pans, greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
