Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 can coconut
    5 eggs
    1 c. milk or water
    1 tsp. flavor
Preparation
    Cream together shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well. Add flour and all other ingredients.
    Mix and pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
