Lemon Herb Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
    1 tsp. chopped Italian parsley
    1/4 tsp. lemon oil
    5 oz. plain light yogurt
    5 oz. light sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender; pulse until combined.
    Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
    Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
    Pour over freshly steamed asparagus and serve.
