Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut into flowerets
    1 head cauliflower, cut into small pieces
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 carrots, sliced thin
    3 stalks chopped celery
    1 c. sliced olives
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Combine the first 7 ingredients and mix well.
    Mix next 6 ingredients and beat with a fork or wire whisk until thick and well blended.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Toss thoroughly.
    Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
    Can be made ahead.
    Keeps well in refrigerator.
