Spinach Rockefeller - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
    1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1/2 to 3/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    6 eggs
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    pinch of garlic powder
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 or 3 large tomatoes, sliced thick
Preparation
    Lightly grease a 9-inch square pan.
    Put in slices of tomatoes.
    Sprinkle tomatoes with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix rest of ingredients together and place over tomatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cut in squares when hot and serve.
