Domenic'S Roast And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large family size roast
7 medium potatoes, clean and cut up
8 to 10 carrots, clean and cut up
1 large onion
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
2 cans beef broth
2 cans water
olive oil
parsley
garlic
black pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. On stove top, brown roast and onion in small amount of olive oil in roasting pan. May need to use both front and rear burners at the same time. Add all other ingredients. Bake for 5 to 6 hours checking, turning so roast doesn't dry out. Serve with corn and green beans and ice tea.
