Orange Peanut Butter Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oranges
1 (18 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c. water
3 eggs
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
Preparation

Grate peeling from oranges.
Reserve orange peels and cut into bite-size pieces and drain well.
In large bowl, combine cake mix, water, eggs, peanut butter and cinnamon.
Mix according to package directions.
Stir in orange peel and pieces.
Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar over top of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
Serve warm or cool.
