Cheesy Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 Tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 c. chicken broth
12 oz. shredded sharp cheese
dash of white pepper
Preparation
-
Cook veggies in butter until tender.
Add pepper and broth. Simmer 30 minutes.
Blend flour and milk.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Cook until thick and bubbly.
Serves 6 to 8.
