Easy As Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. plus 4 Tbsp. shortening
    7 to 8 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix together flour and salt.
    Use pastry blender to cut in shortening until pastry looks like coarse meal.
    Sprinkle 2 tablespoons at a time of cold water over mixture.
    Stir with a fork until the dough follows the fork around the bowl.
    Divide in half and chill.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
