6-Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix Raisin Bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt together in large bowl.
    Add beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk.
    Store in covered container in refrigerator (up to 6 weeks).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 in muffin pans for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Do not freeze batter.
    Bake as needed. Do not stir when you want to bake more muffins.
