Feather Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. plain flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. cooked mashed potatoes
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine in a large bowl, 2 cups of flour, yeast, mashed potatoes, oil, sugar, salt and warm water.
    Beat 1/2 minute on low speed
    and
    3
    minutes on high.
    Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate at
    least
    2
    hours
    or up to 3 days.
    Punch down. Turn out
    on
    lightly
    floured
    surface.
    Let rest 10 minutes. Shape into 24 rolls.
    Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover and let rise
    until
    doubled.
    Bake
    at 400\u00b0 for 16 to 20 minutes.
