Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 to 8 medium potatoes
2 c. shredded mild cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. granulated chicken bouillon
1/2 stick margarine
1 medium onion, chopped

Preparation

Cook chopped onion in microwave in margarine until tender. Add all ingredients to potatoes.
