Mexican Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. large tortillas (burrito size)
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
    1 to 1-1/2 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small can green chile peppers (chopped and drained)
    3 to 4 green onions, chopped
    1 can black olives, chopped and drained (I only use maybe 3/4 can of olives)
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and spread thinly on the tortilla. Roll up and wrap in Saran wrap.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Slice 1/4 inch thick and place on platter.
    Serve with salsa.
