Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. squash, sliced
    1 small jar pimento
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. croutons
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine and mix with croutons.
    Put on bottom of dish. Mix
    other ingredients and pour over croutons.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
