Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. butter or oleo
2 c. plain flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mashed bananas (3 ripe ones)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream butter
and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, then add bananas.
Mix thoroughly.
Sift together dry ingredients. Stir into
banana
mixture.
Add
nuts.\tBake
in
greased and floured loaf pan one hour at 350\u00b0.
