Spinach Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Knorr or other brand vegetable soup mix
    1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
    green onion, chopped (as many as you like)
    1 small pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
Preparation
    Stem, clean and pat dry as many very large, fresh mushroom caps as you want for \"horse-dovers.\"
    (Save the stems to cut up and use in soup or gravy.)
