Marinated Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
dash of pepper
Preparation

Separate chicken wings into 3 pieces.
Discard tips.
Marinate wings in ingredients that have been heated until the sugars dissolve.
Cool.
Add wings and marinate 24 hours.
Remove wings from marinade.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Brush occasionally with marinade.
