Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 (10 oz.) bag mini marshmallows
2 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
4 eggs
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream sugar, margarine and egg.
Stir in flour, cocoa and salt.
Mix well and add vanilla and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and pour marshmallows over top.
Return to oven for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Frost.
Refrigerate (can be frozen) cake before cutting.
