Salmonettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 whole egg
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Pour juice in can and set aside.
    Mix egg and drained salmon. Mix good and when gummy, add the flour; stir in thoroughly and mix well.
    Will be thick.
    Do not add salt or pepper.
    Mix 1/4 cup of the salmon juice with baking powder and beat with a fork.
    After it foams, pour into salmon mixture and mix.
    This time the mixture will be thin.
    Drop by small spoonfuls into deep fat.
