Microwave Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/4 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. evaporated milk (undiluted)
unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Preparation

Mix spices with boiling water.
Place into sweet potatoes. Add sugar, eggs and butter.
Blend thoroughly.
Stir in milk. Place in microwave until thickens, stirring occasionally.
Place in pie shell and bake at 425\u00b0 until pie shell browns.
