Polish Sausage Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Polish sausage meat
    4 c. cubed bread, slightly dry
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. dried celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage; remove from pan with slotted spoon (the sausage has been removed from the casing).
    Place in bowl and add bread and seasonings; drizzle milk over it.
    Saute celery in butter until soft.
    Stir into mixture.
    Stuff in bird.
    Delicious when cooked on Weber Grill.
