Cinnamon Rolls Or Better Way Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
2 pkg. fast acting yeast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. soft shortening
1 egg
approximately 5 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Pour warm water into large mixing bowl.
Add sugar and yeast; let stand a few minutes.
Stir to dissolve.
Add salt, shortening and egg; stir.
Add half of flour and beat until smooth.
Add rest of flour and knead on floured board.
Cover and let rise in a warm place about 30 minutes.
Form rolls in greased muffin tins or roll pan.
Let rise and bake 10 to 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
