Salmon Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except pecans and parsley.
    Mix very thoroughly.
    Form into ball and roll in pecans and parsley.
