Cherry Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. reconstituted lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling (could substitute blueberries)
Preparation

In medium bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add condensed milk.
Mix thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
Pour into crust.
Chill 2 hours.
Top with pie filling.
Refrigerate.
