Seafoam Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. water
1 c. walnut meats
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Boil sugar, corn syrup and water until it forms a hard ball in cold water.
Pour slowly into beaten egg whites, beating constantly.
When it begins to stiffen, add vanilla and walnuts, broken into big pieces.
