Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked squash
    1 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz, Town House, Club)
    1/2 c. onion (optional)
    1/2 c. cheese
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
