Italian Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 large red potatoes
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    3 large cloves garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 oz. tarragon vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (8 oz.) bottle olive oil
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; peel and cut into 1-inch chunks.
    Sprinkle with parsley and green onions.
    Make sauce from rest of ingredients. Pour over potatoes; stir well.
    Let stand about 4 hours.
    Stir often.
    Do not refrigerate.
