Chocolate Caramel Dream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    devil's food cake mix or Swiss chocolate cake mix
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. water
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    8 oz. jar caramel topping
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    Heath candy bar, broken
Preparation
    Bake cake, using box directions, except use 1 cup buttermilk and 1/2 cup water.
    Cool cake.
    Punch holes in cake using a drinking straw.
    Pour sweetened condensed milk over top of cake. Pour caramel topping over cake.
    Frost with Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle broken Heath bar on top.
    Refrigerate several hours.
