Best-Ever Scallop Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 egg, beaten
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and stir together.
    Bake in a greased casserole at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
