Swedish Pancakes(Platter) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. melted shortening or oil
Preparation
    Measure salt, flour and sugar and sift together.
    Beat eggs just until yolk and whites are well mixed.
    Add milk to eggs and stir together.
    Add egg and milk mixture to flour mixture.
    Mix and then add melted shortening or oil.
    Fry on hot pan.
    Turn once.
    Serves 2 to 3.
