New England Style Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage
1/2 c. honey
1 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Wash and shred cabbage; set aside.
Bring the next five ingredients to a boil, then cool.
Toss with the cabbage.
This slaw gets better with age, up to three or four days.
